本專案旨在提升護理人員執行交叉訓練之滿意度,執行期間自2008年4月至2008年12月,經現況分析後發現因護理科未訂有明確之訓練計畫及目標、各單位未訂有訓練內容、未有臨床指導員訓練計畫,導致護理人員對整體交叉訓練過程總滿意度只有0%。經由文獻查證與小組討論後,進行改善措施包括擬訂交叉訓練計畫、擬訂學員訓練評值表、修訂交叉訓練單位照護指引、擬訂臨床指導員訓練計畫、增設簡單易懂儀器操作說明。專案實施後於2008年交叉訓練人數爲36人,總滿意度由0%提升爲72.2%,專案結果不僅提升護理人員接受交叉訓練之滿意度,亦促使護理各部門間能有效相互支援,且在人力確保與開發的面向,達到全方位人才培育效果,提升護理人員的專業照護能力。
The aim of this project was to improve the satisfaction of nursing staffs who receiving cross-training. The trial period was from April to December 2008 and following data analysis, problems indentified included lacks of cross training program, lacks of nursing guidelines of cross training units, lacks of training program of preceptor. Improvement strategies included to draft cross training program, to draw up training evaluation, to revise nursing guidelines of cross training units, to draft training program of preceptor, and to provide easy-to-understand operation instruction for equipments. Thirty six nurses completed cross training program in 2008. Total satisfaction increased from 0% to 72.2%. Project results not only enhance the cross-training of nursing satisfaction, but also among various departments to promote effective care and support each other, and it could be to enhance the professional nursing care abilities.
