摘要

本文描述一位印尼籍配偶遭家庭暴力到急診就醫的護理經驗。個案於2012年3月14日獨自到急診求治，主訴騎車摔倒受傷，護理人員協助更換衣物時發現身上多處淤痕，會談後表示遭受暴力對待。照護期間安排隱密安全環境進行醫護處置、驗傷及通報流程，以觀察、傾聽及會談方式收集資料，進行生理、心理、社會及靈性整體性評估，確立個案護理問題為皮膚完整性受損、恐懼、及無望感。除提供醫療處置外，透過陪伴與關懷、提供身心支持、陪讀聖經，使情緒平緩降低恐懼；藉由提供家暴諮詢及社會資源服務，協助個案正向思考，勇於面對未來。期藉照護經驗分享，提供急診護理人員照護身受家庭暴力個案之參考。

This article described an emergency nursing experience of an Indonesian spouse suffering from domestic violence. The patient was admitted alone to the emergency room alone on March 14th, 2012. She first reported her injury as the result of a cycling accident. When the nurses assist the patient in changing clothes, they discovered multiple bruises throughout her body. After consultation, she expressed that her injuries were the results of domestic violence. The hospital placed the patient in a secure environment during treatment and injury assessment, and notified the police promptly. A holistic assessment, which included biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects, was conducted, and the data were collected via observation, listening and interviews. The following nursing issues were confirmed: impaired skin integrity, fear and hopelessness. In addition to medical treatment, we also provided physical and psychological support through companionship and care to ease the patient's mood and relief her fear, as well as domestic violence counseling and social resources to aid the patient in positive thinking and readapt to life. We hope by sharing the nursing experience to provide nurses a reference when attending to domestic violence patients.
