摘要

本篇敘述一位年輕少女因脊柱側彎接受矯正手術的護理經驗，照護期間為2013年7月22日至8月03日止，藉由系統觀察、會談、身體評估等方式，運用Gordon十一項健康型態進行評估，確立主要優先護理問題為：急性疼痛、身體心像紊亂及焦慮等。筆者運用同理心建立互信，發揮護理獨特及展現專業性，急性疼痛：使用圓滾木翻身及L型枕適當支托、教導深呼吸、放鬆技巧及肢體按摩舒緩，減輕術後傷口之疼痛不適；身體心像紊亂：給予支持及讚美，善用輔助物改善外觀，重建自我價值觀；焦慮：藉由陪伴及傾聽，主動提供互動式衛教光碟及單張，減緩對手術過程、擔心預後引起的焦慮，正向面對疾病帶來的衝擊。藉此護理經驗，提供同仁照護參考，使個案能得到完善的照顧。

This article described the nursing experience of a young female patient after receiving scoliosis correction. Inpatient nursing care lasted from July 22 to August. 3, 2013. Information were gathered through systematic observation, conversation, physical evaluation, and were assessed by Gordon 11 function health patterns. The priority nursing issues were identified: acute pain, body image disturbance and anxiety. First, the author used empathy to build a trusting relationship with the patient, and by utilizing the author's knowledge of the nursing profession, the following nursing plan is established: relieve postoperative pain and discomfort of the wound by using log roll method, L-shaped pillow as support, breathing technique, relaxation skills and body massage; treat body image disturbance with emotional support and compliment, cosmetic aid to improve appearance, and by rebuilding self-esteem; relief anxiety induced by surgical procedure and prognosis through companionship and listening, as well as providing interactive health education application and leaflet, allowing the patient to face the impact from the disease with positive mentality. We hope that by providing the nursing experience as reference to our nursing colleagues when encountering similar cases in the future.
