摘要

本研究旨在探討臺灣女性糖尿病患者性功能障礙與其相關因素。採橫斷相關性研究設計，以2014年1~8月至南臺灣某醫院就診之女性糖尿病患者為收案族群。結構式問卷包含人口學屬性、疾病特性與中文版女性性功能指標量表。共234位糖尿病女性個案納入分析，研究發現該族群的性功能障礙頗為嚴重，平均分數為13.63分。以年長、具肥胖體態及憂鬱情緒等特質，較易有性功能障礙困擾，可解釋變異量為26.9%。研究結果有助於釐清女性糖尿病病人之性功能障礙現況，醫護人員可據此判別性功能障礙之高風險個案，以求提早介入治療，確保其性生活愉悅。

This study explored female sexual dysfunction (FSD) and its related factors among Taiwanese female patients with diabetes. A cross-sectional correlation research design was used to recruit female diabetic patients from a hospital in southern Taiwan between January to August, 2014. A structured questionnaire, which included a Chinese version of the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) scale, was used to obtain data on the respondents’ demographic, disease characteristics, and sexual functioning. A total of 234 subjects were recruited for data analysis. The mean score of the FSFI based on the entire sample was 13.63, indicating a severe level of FSD. Those women who were older, obese, and reported greater depressive symptoms also reported significantly lower FSFI scores. These factors accounted for 26.9% of the total variance in FSFI scores. The findings may be useful for healthcare providers to better understand the nature of FSD and its symptomatology among female diabetic patients, and, in turn, to detect and provide early therapeutic interventions to women at high risk of FSD to enhance their sexual activity and satisfaction.
