運用精實管理改善護理行動工作車設置及作業流程之專案

Lean Management for Mobile e-Nursing Cart Setting Evaluations and Care Improvement

摘要


精實管理可消除工作流程的浪費,本專案採觀察法發現護理行動工作車醫衛材無固定擺放位置、無明確標示、品項過多及無固定數量,導致工作過程動作及庫存成本浪費。目標設定:降低動作浪費達50%、降低庫存成本浪費50%、工作車使用滿意度達80%。解決措施:制定醫衛材品項及數量、設計醫衛材置放盒並規劃物品放置位置。專案執行後,動作浪費減少91.6%、降低庫存成本浪費81%、工作車使用滿意度達88%。此專案有效降低浪費且提升同仁滿意度,可提供臨床改善浪費之參考。

Lean management can eliminate wastage in work settings. Observational methods were adopted to determine the medical supplies in a Mobile e-Nursing Cart that had no fixed position, no clear indication, too many items, and no fixed quantity, resulting in wastage during work processes and inventory level difficulties. This management approach facilitates the reduction of wastage associated with e-Nursing Cart use, and has a goal of reducing the manpower wastage and inventory levels by 50% and achieving a work satisfaction level of 80%. Key solutions are developing related processes on medical supply items and quantities, designing boxes for medical supplies, and planning the placement of items. After the implementation of the evaluation, 91.6% of manpower wastage and 81% of inventory costs were reduced, resulting in a work satisfaction level with e-Nursing Cart use of 88%. Thus, this evaluation effectively reduces waste and enhances colleague satisfaction, and can provide a reference to reduce clinical burdens and costs.
