摘要

本專案主旨為提升加護病房護理人員執行連續性靜脈血液過濾術（CVVH）的照護能力。CVVH處置過程中加護病房護理人員扮演重要的角色，專案成員經由現況調查發現護理人員操作正確性僅達66.0%，照護認知僅達56.8%，原因包括：對儀器異常警訊處理能力不足，缺乏教育訓練，缺乏相關作業規範與書面資料可參考，無適當的廢液傾洩輔助用物。經由舉辦教育訓練，製作數位教材影片、常見儀器異常警訊排除小卡、臨床照護指引手冊，制定定期照護技能稽核及開發傾洩透析廢液輔助工具等措施後，加護病房護理人員CVVH操作正確性由66.0%提升至96.7%，認知亦提升至95.3%。顯示此專案有效提升加護病房人員執行CVVH照護能力。

The purpose of this project is to improve clinical care competencies of continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH) in intensive care units (ICUs). The nurses are vital to maintain CVVH treatment in ICU settings. CVVH was administered only 66.0% correctly, and CVVH-related knowledge was only 56.8% correct. The reasons of these problems were inadequate educational trainings, standard protocols, and operationl guidelines and draining assistance were subsequently implemented. Educational training, protocols, digital self-learning videos, troubleshooting guidelines, and draining assistance were subsequently implemented. After the implementation, CVVH was administered 96.7% and the accuracy of knowledge raised up to 95.3% correct. This project significantly enhances ICU nurses' performance on CVVH.
