針灸治療動脈瘤術後動眼神經損傷病例報告

Post-operative Oculomotor Injury Treated with Acupuncture: a Case Report

摘要

動脈瘤術後併發症包含現腦神經損傷，其中，內頸動脈眼分支處的動脈瘤術後可能會出現動眼神經損傷，造成眼瞼下垂、眼球運動異常等問題。本病例之47歲女性因動脈瘤術後右上眼瞼無力一個禮拜故前來求診。經針灸治療以局部取穴：攢竹（BL2）、陽白（GB14）、百會（DU20）、及遠端四關穴等，治療一個月已能從完全無力到自行張開將近一半，治療三月後已幾乎完全復原。

Cranial nerve injury is one of the complications of aneurysm clipping, and oculomotor injury is noted after clipping of aneurysm at opha-thalamic branch, resulting in ptosis and abnormal eye movements. This 47-year-old woman presented at our outpatient department with right ptosis after clipping of aneurysm for one week. After taking acupuncture treatment for three months with Zan Zhu (BL 2), Yang Bai (GB 14), Bai Hui (DU 20) and the Four Gates (LI 4 and LV 3), she was nearly fully recovered.
