摘要

帕金森氏症為僅次於阿茲海默症，發生率第二常見之腦部退化性疾病，並會隨著病情發展而對於生活品質之影響日趨明顯。本病例為一49歲男性，因右上下肢顫抖已兩年故前來求診。透過針刺風池（GB20）、天柱（BL10）、陽陵泉（GB34）、太衝（LR3）等穴位，經過13次的治療後，顫抖之情形已見改善，藉此病例的治療經驗與思路提供帕金森氏症針灸處置之參考。

Parkinson's Disease is the second common neurodegenerative disorder after Alzheimer's Disease, and will gradually affect the patient's life quality as the disease progresses. This is a 49-year-old male who came to the clinic due to tremor of right upper and lower limbs for over 2 years. After 13 sessions of acupuncture therapy with the use of Fengchí (GB20), Tianzhù (BL10), Yánglíngquán (GB34), Tàichong (LR3)...etc., the improvement on tremor can be seen. Thus we present this case and share our experiences and strategies on treating Parkinson's Disease.
