摘要

起因於2000年之後，從「樂生療養院」的事件後，人們開始正視老屋的重要性，也開始對於文化保存有了更進一步的認識與了解，民間團體開始組織起來，希望能夠透過群體的聲音發表對保存老房子議題之看法。本論文以高雄哈瑪星地區打狗文史再興會社為例，透過在地的訪問和文獻收集，了解如何能對老屋成功地施以新生命，分析他們成功的因素，以對於此議題有更深入且明確的判斷。

Because the event of Le Sheng Sanatorium after year two thousand, people started to keep an eye on the significance of unoccupied spaces and houses, people even started to organize everyone, hope to have a brighter voice to the issue of keeping the unoccupied spaces safe. This paper use Takao Renaissance Association as an example to realized how to give the unoccupied spaces an new life through explore different papers and interview with the organization, analyzed how they succeed, and have a better and lighter view for this issue.
