視覺化資訊圖表設計對於資訊傳播偏好的影響-以Covid-19疫情為例

摘要


本研究針對Covid-19疫情期間,以疫情相關資訊為主題的視覺化資訊圖表為題,進行資訊圖表設計對大眾在傳播偏好上影響之研究,並整理出五項資訊圖表之設計構面分別為「吸引性、易讀性、明確性、精簡性、理解性」,旨在探討五項設計構面對於大眾之偏好程度,以作為設計資訊圖表的依循。本研究蒐集303份有效問卷,問卷回收率95%,將所得之問卷進行「敘述性統計」、「驗證性因素分析」、「信效度分析」及「迴歸分析」,研究結果發現:具備吸引性、明確性、精簡性設計構面的資訊圖表對大眾之偏好程度有正向顯著影響。根據研究結果,本研究針對疫情範疇下資訊圖表的設計方式提出之建議為:聚焦於產出同時具備美觀、重點清楚、資訊量集中的資訊圖表,有助於在資訊量龐大且繁雜的當今媒體中脫穎而出。

This research focuses on researching the effect of infographics design on public's preference towards communication, centered on infographics regarding pandemic information during the Covid-19 pandemic. The five design dimensions of infographics design this research has organized are as follows: attractiveness, readability, specificity, simplicity and intelligibility. This research aims to discover how the five design dimensions affect the public's preference in order to provide a guideline for infographics design. A total of 303 effective questionnaires were recovered, with a response rate at 95%. Recovered data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Con-firmatory Factor Analysis, Reliability and Validity Analysis and linear regression. Findings of this research are that infographics containing attractiveness, specificity and simplicity dimensions have a positive impact on the public's preference towards communication. According to research results, suggestions for infographics regarding pandemic information during the Covid-19 pandemic this research will provide are as follows: focusing on designing infographics that are visually pleasing, focus point well centered and information concentrated will attribute to standing out in a world with huge amount of information like today.
