A Study on Ceramic Print Quality Attributes of Thermal Dye Sublimation For Ceramic Printing

摘要


本研究旨在探討熱昇華轉印製程中,各種印刷要素之改變會如何影響印刷的品質特性和色彩表現。本研究經由實驗檢測,針對在轉印製程中使用模造紙、道林紙和轉印紙作為轉印紙材,在熱昇華轉印中使用不同溫度,經過分析得到結果如下:一、熱轉印前與熱轉印後都是轉印紙上顏色最為鮮豔,能表現的色彩細節層次最為豐富;而道林紙以及其轉印品之顏色雖然沒有轉印紙和其製品鮮豔,但色彩準確度是最為準確的。二、熱轉印作業時間在本實驗狀況中以攝氏200度、50秒加壓時間最為適當,製作出的成品最為接近原稿。

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of print quality attributes under changes of thermal dye sublimation transfer printing elements. In the study, experiments were focused on using different paper as transfer paper and using different temperatures and transfer duration. After analysis, the results of this study are as follows. First, the color of Transfer Paper was the most vivid, but its color accuracy is the worst. and the Wood-free Paper showed the best color accuracy though its color was not as vivid as transfer paper. Second, the duration of transferring should not be too long. In the experiments of this study, 200°C and 50 seconds was the best set. Longer time would make transfer paper get sticky on the ceramic. Based on the above research results, there are several suggestions provided for future researchers.
