探討企業勢VTuber的訓練打造與宣傳

A study on the Development Training and Promotion Strategies of VTuber agencies

摘要


隨著數位時代的進步,通訊網路已是人類不可或缺的一部分,此現象造就了影音服務與直播平臺產業的發展,其中也隨之受益的有VTuber(虛擬主播)產業。自2016年日本的VTuber元祖キズナアイ出道後,直至2022年已登記的VTuber人數已達到了16000位,顯示VTuber產業發展迅速且經濟規模增大。然而臺灣缺乏對於VTuber的訓練及了解,導致市場無法更加擴大。本研究採用內容分析法,探討日本企業VTuber的教育訓練、經濟與權利分配、個人形象打造與宣傳推廣方式,歸納做出結論。期望本研究能夠作為未來臺灣VTuber發展之參考。

With the rapid development of the digital era, the Internet is set to be the bread and butter of the humans' daily lives, this phenomenon has benefited the increasing popularity of the social media and streaming platform, with VTubers being one of the beneficiaries. Since the debut of KIZUNA AI (one of the VTuber that started the trend) in 2016, the numbers of VTuber that are registered as in 2022 has reached 16000, all of this has shown how far the VTubers have come today. Even with that said, Taiwan is still currently struggling with the development of VTuber, without the proper knowledge and training, the VTuber market in Taiwan is not expanding anytime soon. In this study, content analysis was used to analyze the VTuber cooperation in Japan, including the companies' Education and Training, Power and Earnings Distribution, Personal Image Development and Self Promotion Method. The results of this research are expected to function as references to the future development of VTuber in Taiwan.
