探討合版印刷與傳統獨立版印刷之品質差異與消費者接受度

摘要

合版印刷為近二十年來興起的印刷接單模式，透過網路上傳檔案集結訂單後，將不同的檔案落在同一塊菊全大版，以節省版費支出。少了版費的固定支出，單筆客戶的印刷成本將降低，所以售價也跟著降低，因此許多現在有印刷需求的企業或消費者都改用此方式下單，以節省支出。但合版印刷長期以來都被詬病有品質不穩定的問題，像是嚴重色差、裁切誤差、紙張不足磅等，也造成部分消費糾紛與退貨，或是改回原本的傳統獨立版方式印刷。傳統獨立版印刷因為可以獨立追蹤印件，所以具有色彩管理、品質管理等優點，但因為印前皆需要獨立做版，所以會有固定的版費支出，換算成印件單價也比較高。

Combined printing is a printing order receiving mode that has emerged in the past two decades. After uploading files and collecting orders through the network, different files are placed in the same Juquan large edition to save the printing fee. Without the fixed expenses of the printing fee, the printing cost of a single customer will be reduced, so the selling price will also be reduced. Therefore, many enterprises or consumers who have printing needs now change to order in this way to save expenses. However, combined printing has been criticized for its unstable quality for a long time, such as serious color difference, cutting error, insufficient weight of paper, etc., which also caused some consumer disputes and returns, or changed back to the original traditional independent printing method. Traditional independent printing has the advantages of color management and quality management because it can track prints independently. However, because independent printing is required before printing, there will be fixed printing fees, and the unit price converted into printing is also relatively high.
