UV噴墨印刷應用於仿真絲雪紡之印刷品質特性研究

摘要

UV噴墨印刷可承印材質廣泛，印墨成份穩定，加上可及時依需求印刷，是未來主要發展的噴墨列印方式之一。雪紡的種類非常多，針對真絲面料及仿真絲面料的不同，上色的難易度及呈現的色彩飽和度皆不同。本研究分析UV噴墨對於仿真絲雪紡與一般紙張，透過研究噴印的墨量因而呈現出的影像品質差異，除了呈現出鮮豔的色彩同時，還要保留其輕透的特質。本研究共分為三個階段，第一階段設計印刷導表與準備研究用紙張。第二階段用swiss Q print正式印刷並記錄與測量印刷品之色彩品質特性。第三階段將測量結果進行數據統計並分析所呈現的色彩品質特性差異得到以下研究結果：（一）階調擴增不會被不同被印物影響。（二）色差值會被不同被印物影響。實驗證明，UV噴墨印刷於仿真絲雪紡具有可行性，故建議印刷業者能預處理仿真絲雪紡，再以UV噴墨印刷，能開啟布類印刷的一遍藍海。

The research was aimed to analyze the UV inkjet printing to chiffon and paper, which showed the image quality difference through the inkjet amounts, except showed the bright color, and keep the light feature at the same time. Three steps of the research process, Through the quasi-experiment and the quantitative analysis to get the results, which suggested that printing industries can be advanced to process the chiffon before UV inkjet printing, what can be the blue ocean on fabric printing.
