複式斷面海堤波浪溯升現地觀測研究

Study of In-Situ Runup Measurement at the Composite Sea Dike

摘要


本研究於2008~2009年間,在台南市青草崙海堤段,進行二個斷面的颱風波浪溯升高量測,此二斷面一爲有25m寬平台之複式斷面,一爲無平台複式斷面。溯升量測結果顯示,行經巴士海峽與台灣西側海域之颱風,會在量測斷面造成較高之波浪溯升。於鳳凰、哈格比、蓮花與莫拉克颱風來襲時,在兩監測斷面測得之最大超越機率2%溯升水位,依序分別爲+2.85m、+2.95m,+3.16m、+3.02m,+4.36m、+4.49m與+3.24m、+4.66m。本研究針對有平台複式斷面提出平均坡度計算方式,再以Hunt(1959)、Van der Meer and Stam(1992)、Hughes(2004)與CEM(2002)四組溯升公式,進行波浪溯升高計算,並與實測資料比較分析。整體而言,CEM公式的計算結果最佳,Hughes公式次之。

Typhoon wave runup measurements were conducted at two in-situ cross sections, with and without a 25m berm, of Chin-Tsao-Lun sea dike in Tainan City during 2008~2009 period. Results showed that the typhoons with tracks passing through Bass Strait and west coast of Taiwan always induced higher wave runup. Accordingly, during the invasion periods of typhoon Fung-Wong, Ha-Gu-Pit, Lin-Fa, and Mo-Ra-Kot, the 2-percent runup heights at two monitoring cross sections were +2.85m, +2.95m; +3.16m, +3.02m; +4.36m, +4.49m; and +3.24, +4.66m; respectively. These data were further analyzed to compare with the computed wave runup heights based on four empirical formulae derived by Hunt(1959), Van der Meer and Stam(1992), Hughes(2004), and CEM(2002), respectively. The equivalent slopes of the composite cross section acquired in the formulas were calculated according to the procedures proposed by the present study. In general, the results obtained from the CEM formula matched the in-situ measurements the best, followed by those of applying the Hughes formula.
