摘要

青少年復原力是由個人、家庭與社會中的保護因子與危險因子共同交織而成，以協助青少年適應疾病與生活的重要概念。青少年復原力的概念並非以發現青少年的健康問題爲照護目標，而是使醫護人員發展正向的健康照護理念，瞭解與尊重青少年運用其內外在資源而克服逆境的經驗，協助青少年達到內在的身、心、靈發展及與外在的社會環境達到和諧的健康狀態。雖然青少年復原力與青少年的生活適應息息相關，但目前國內對於青少年復原力概念的介紹仍少見。於是本文以Walker和Avant (1995)所提概念分析的步驟，對「青少年復原力」進行概念分析，介紹青少年復原力的定義特徵、前因後果，以及可用於癌症青少年的實證性測量工具，並以癌症青少年爲案例，且提出此概念應用於癌症照護與研究之建議，以協助腫瘤醫護人員對此概念的認識與應用。

Adolescent resilience, which is the concept of one's adaptability in illness and life, occurs through the interaction between protective and risky factors influenced by the individual, the family and the society. Without exploring the adolescents' health problems, the concept of the adolescent resilience is to develop a positive philosophy of healthcare through understanding and respecting adolescents' experiences to adversity by healthcare providers in order to improve adolescents' bio-psycho-social health status. However, there is little knowledge regarding resilience in adolescent in Taiwan. The strategies of concept analysis (Walker & Avant, 1995), is used to analyze the concept of adolescent resilience. The attributes and correlates of adolescent resilience are being studied. The empirical measurements of the impact of the adolescent resilience applied into an adolescence with cancer are reported. The results of the concept analysis could help oncology healthcare providers to practice the concept of adolescent resilience in cancer care and to apply into further studies.
