摘要

本研究目的為探討口腔癌病患接受手術後的生活經驗。採質性研究法，以立意取樣於北部某醫學中心接受手術之口腔癌病患為研究對象，使用半結構式問卷訪談11位個案，經其同意以錄音方式紀錄訪談內容，並以內容分析法進行資料分析。結果顯示口腔癌病患手術後的生活經驗包括：1.體認痛楚的意義，2.接受身體心像的改變，3.探索與他人溝通的方式，4.學習居家自我照顧。其研究結果可作為臨床護理人員在照護口腔癌病患手術後期間的參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore oral cancer pateint's life experiences after surgery. The qualitative research method was used and eleven post-operative oral cancer patients were recruited in a medical center in northern Taiwan. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and auto-taped after informed consent had been obtained. Data were analyzed using content analysis method. The results show that the oral cancer patients' life experiences were related to: realizing the meaning of pain, accepting the change of body image, exploring the ways of communication with others, and learning home self-care. The results of this study can provide nurses with a guidanace in caring patients with oral cancer in practice.
