摘要

臨床照護指引（clinical practice guideline, CPG）是整合現有的最佳證據、臨床專家的照護經驗、病人的喜好與價值觀所擬定的照護準則。臨床照護指引其目的在於引導護理人員以更有效果（effective）及有效率（efficient）的護理服務，提升病人的照護品質。本臨床照護指引所發展的方法，係依據以實證為基礎的過程，提出主題的選取、範圍界定、系統性文獻回顧、公告、宣導及成效評估與更新等內容。期盼藉由臨床照護指引發展方式的說明，能協助腫瘤護理人員瞭解本增訂刊所擬定之四項照護指引的架構及內容。

Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) is to develop nursing care standard based on the integration of the best research evidence, clinical expertise, and patient's preferences and values. The goal of CPG is to enhance effective and efficient caregiving, and guide nurses to improve quality of patient care. The methods developed in the CPG propose subject selection, scope, systematic review, announcement, advocacy, and effectiveness appraisal and renewal through evidence–based process. It is expected that the development of the CPG could help nurses working in the oncology units understand the framework and contents of the four practice guidelines in this journal.
