This paper investigates the issues and emotions in facing death and disability of terminal patients in order to assist them to accept the complementary therapy of art, such as aesthetic performances, the perception of beauty, art appreciation, creativity, hands-on arts and crafts, and to engage them in creative artwork regularly, which can extend to lifted mood through experience sharing and spiritual support in the aesthetic expressions. The contents are as follows: First - the use of fine art therapy treatment to compliment the spiritual growth of the patient for better quality of life. Second - the concept of art therapy and Fact Sheet. Third - the wakening of non-verbal brilliance and beauty of life in patient to create a lubricating power of the mind. Fourth - exploring the experiences of application and accompaniment of the art of adjuvant therapy.
