腫瘤護理人員之人際關係及幸福感與工作效能相關性研究

Association of Work Efficiency with Interpersonal Relationship and Happiness in Oncology Nurses

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解腫瘤護理人員之人際關係及幸福感與工作效能相關性,研究方法採調查研究設計,研究對象為北部某醫學中心之護理人員,採自填式問卷,評量工具包含「人際關係量表」、「幸福感量表」及「工作效能量表」,共收案100人。研究結果以Pearson's correlation coefficient、t-test、ANOVA及Regression model分析護理人員人際關係、幸福感及工作效能之相關性。結果發現年齡及服務年資與人際關係呈顯著正相關,教育程度、婚姻狀況、有無子女、服務年資、家人支持度與幸福感呈顯著相關,年齡、婚姻狀況、有無子女、服務年資、職稱、級階、在職進修、家人支持度與工作效能呈顯著相關;幸福感與工作效能具中度正相關(r = .55, p< .01);工作效能預測方面,本研究建構出年齡、教育程度、在職進修及幸福感為工作效能之預測因子,解釋力達51%。本研究結果可提供產官學相關護理行政管理及專家學者於策略規劃之參考依據,以提昇腫瘤護理人員之人際關係、幸福感與工作效能,進而提昇護理服務品質。

The aim of this study is to investigate the associations of work efficiency with interpersonal relationship and happiness in the oncology nurses. A survey research design was utilized. Subjects were the oncology nursing staffs from a medical center in northern Taiwan. One hundred subjects were recruited for this study. Self-administered questionnaires were used as the instruments, including "Interpersonal Relationship Scale", "Happiness Scale", and "Work Efficiency Scale". Pearson correlation and regression model were used to evaluate the associations of work efficiency with interpersonal relationship and happiness in oncology nurses. The results showed age and seniority were positively correlated with interpersonal relationships. Education, marital status, children, seniority, family support and happiness were significantly related. Age, marital status, children, seniority, position, rank, on-the-job training, family support and work efficiency were significantly related. There was a moderately positive association between happiness and work efficiency (r = .55, p < .01). Age, education, on-the-job training, and happiness are predictors of work efficiency, R^2 = .51. The study provided an important reference to experts and scholars in the healthcare industry, government and academia for strategic nursing planning in improving work efficiency of oncology nurses to achieve higher quality of care.
