大腸直腸癌的治療與照護

摘要

根據衛生福利部統計處資料顯示，癌症已經蟬聯37年國人十大死因之榜首，大腸癌位居癌症死亡排名第三名。每年超過4.8萬人因癌症而死亡，依據106年癌症登記報告指出，大腸直腸癌發生率逐年增加，連續15年排名為癌症年發生率首位。大腸直腸癌治療分為手術、標靶化療、放射治療、免疫細胞治療，醫師會依病人年齡及體能、疾病期數及腫瘤大小位置，選擇合適的治療計畫。

In Taiwan, colorectal cancer is also the third major cause of cancer related death. More than 48,000 people died from cancer each year. The annual incidence of colorectal cancer has increased significantly, and it ranks first of the top 10 cancer for 15 years. The treatment of colorectal cancer including surgery, targeted chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immune cell therapy. The doctor will choose the appropriate treatment plan according to the patient's age and physical fitness, disease stage, and tumor size.
