中藥醫院中的揀藥作業,是依照不同的處方箋,揀取患者所需之藥品;中藥種類繁,常造成中藥醫院調劑台揀藥上的困難,也造成病患就診時間的大量浪費。因此,爲了要節約揀藥時間及提高正確性,逹到快速配送提昇病患取藥的服務品質,本研究共收集兩千筆中藥處方箋,以EIQ(訂單-品質-數量)系統和資料擷取中的關聯式規則及群落分析爲手法,分析中藥處方箋與藥品之間的相關性,建立中藥材之群組關係及揀藥特性,並且根據此揀藥特性,做爲儲位細部規劃之依據,規劃後即可促使逹成縮短揀藥時間目的。 別外再運用橫批以進行旋轉料架及工作平台中藥儲位之規劃比較及其關異性分析,模擬兩千筆中藥揀藥動線結果顯示運用EIQ分析法均比傳統儲位規則及資料擷取法平均移動距離短,故研究中再以EIQ分析法之儲位規劃作爲醫院中藥材調劑台倉儲合理化佈置,同時據此儲位規劃作爲建構虛擬中醫院、診所調劑台及自動揀藥藍圖,以規劃未來藥流中心。
The operation of retrieving medicines in a hospital depends on different prescriptions and the medicines that we need. Owing to the variety of Chinese medicines, it is very difficult to retrieve medicines. At the same time it is needed for patient to pay a lot of time in a hospital. In this research, we apply the system of EIQ (Entry Item Quantity), the approaches of association rules and cluster analysis of data mining as the basic structure to integrate two thousand Chinese medicines diagnoses. Then, analyze the relationship between diagnoses and medicines to establish the retrieval characteristics. So, the storage location of medicines in a hospital can be planned in detail by the retrieval characteristics. And we can save the retrieval medicines time by the planning. After planning, a practical retrieving medicine is simulated to evaluate the moving line distance by using those methods. The results show that the EIQ analytical method is the best way, and proposes a better storage location as the blueprint for the virtual storage location of Chinese medicines.
