大專網球選手不同目標取向對教練領導行為之影響

The Effect of College Tennis Player's Different Goal Orientation on Coach's Leadership

摘要


本研究以大專網球選手共計433人為研究對象,目的在探討大專網球選手不同目標取向對教練領導行為之影響情形。以「運動目標取向量表」、「教練領導行為量表」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。並將到量結果以單因子變異數分析、Scheffe法事後比較等方法進行統計。 本研究經分析與討論得到如下結論: 一、不同目標取向選手,在知覺的教練領導行為各向度上,均呈顯著差異,且「高工作取向」選手顯著高於「低工作取向」選手。二、不同目標取向選手,在喜好的教練領導行為各向度上,均呈顯著差異,且「高工作取向」選手顯著高於「低工作取向」選手。本研究根據研究結果,提出具體的建議,以提供大專網球教練未來應用與研究發展之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of college tennis player's different Goal Orientations on coach's leadership. The subjects of this study were 433 college tennis players. The questionnaire 'Goal Orientation Scale of Spoil' and 'Coach's Leadership Scale' were used as research instruments. The data was analyzed by the procedures of One-Way ANOVA, Scheffe's method, etc. The results of this study were as follows: (1) Among athletes with different Goal Orientations, high-Task-Orientation athletes had higher indexes than low-Task-Orientation athletes on all dimensions of perceived coach's leadership. (2) Among athletes with different Goal Orientations, high-Task-Orientation athletes had higher indexes than low-Task-Orientation athletes on all dimensions of preferred coach's leadership. According to the results of this study, concrete suggestions were given to tennis coaches for future application and further research reference.
