本研究以中華職棒聯盟與台灣犬聯盟合併後,所成立的中華職業棒球大聯盟六球團為對象,藉由標竿管理的概念,找出球團本身與冠軍隊間的差異,以利球團在訓練、選秀或是藉由交換球員來補強這段差距。研究者利用六支球團在職棒十四年的團隊攻擊指數、團隊守備率及團隊投手防禦率共三項數據以小樣本母體平均數的假設檢定來分析。研究結果如下:一、興農牛、統一獅及中信鯨在三項指標中皆與兄弟象處於平手的狀態。二、誠泰太陽在投手防禦率方面和兄弟象隊有非常明顯的不足。團隊攻擊指數及團隊守備率略差於兄弟象。三、第一金控在團隊攻擊指數和兄弟象隊有非常明顯的不足。團隊守備率及團隊投手防禦率略差於兄弟象。
The subjects of this research were six teams which were made of four teams from CPBL (Chinese Professional Baseball League) and two teams from TML (Taiwan Major League) in 2003. By benchmark approach combining with Hypothesis of population mean, it is to find the difference between the champion team of CPBL and other teams of CPBL. Then, it is the purpose of this research, through the results, to help teams of CPBL to train, draft and exchange players. Researcher used the 14th season's data of Total Average, Fielding Percentage and Earned Run Average as a comparison criterion. The results were as follows: 1. Sinon Bulls. Uni-President Lions and Chinatrust Whales all at the even condition with Brother Elephant's performance. 2. Gida's ERA of team comparing with Brother Elephant's were weakest. TA and FPCT of team were weakness. 3. Agan's TA of team comparing with Brother Elephant's were weakest. FPCT and ERA of the whole pitchers were weakness.
