排球比賽中跳躍發球為目前發球技術的趨勢,本研究主要目的為探討跳躍發球運動分析(1)助跑期:助地最後一步步幅、助跑末速(2)起跳期:起跳角度、下蹲時膝關節角度(3)空中動作期:擊球瞬間肘關節角度、擊球瞬間速度情形運動分析,方法與步驟:研究對像為蔡瀚毅選手(年齡24歲、身高191cm、體重90kg)是目前現役的國家代表隊選手,配合JVC高速攝影機(60Hz)的拍攝,進行運動學分析,所得資料經由Kwon3D軟體進行動作分析並給予建議以期發揮運動科學的幫助,提高跳躍發球技術的表現。研究結果指出蔡瀚毅選手在跳躍發球運動技術、表現與過去研究之文獻參數相接近。助跑期:助跑最後一步步幅1.9公尺、助跑末速 助跑末速2.26尺/秒,起跳期:下蹲角度113.78°、起跳角度58.19°,空中動作期:擊球瞬間肘關節角度:155.55°、擊球瞬間肩、肘、腕速度:2.33、4.95、9.87尺/秒。建議發現蔡瀚毅選手在助跑期、準備期、空中期,有很多的數據都以學者的數據相近,而在空中期完全符合數據,在準備期下蹲角度過多,若可以達135°再彈跳能力上會有不同結果,在跳躍投球上可能會有不一樣的效果,希望藉此研究提升蔡瀚毅選手的跳躍發球。
Jump serve has been the current trend of how people serve in volleyball matches, the purpose of this research is to discuss about the three decomposition movements of serving the ball. The three decomposition movements are (1) Approaching Period (we discuss about the distance of the last step during the run-up in this part.) (2) Take-off Period (we discuss about the angle to take off and the angle of your knee while jumping in this part) (3) In-the-Air Period (we discuss about the angle and velocity while attacking).Method and Steps: Our research takes the volleyball player Han-Yi Cai as our experiential player (Age: 24, weight: 90kg, Height: 191cm). He is one of the players in the national team of Chinese Taipei. With the equipment JVC high-speed camera (60hz) and Kwon3D as our calculating software, we analysis the movements and gave advices to improve the ability of jumping higher, even to improve the performance in matches.The research result pointed out that the performance of Han-Yi Cai's on jump serving is similar to the past researches. Since the data of Han-Yi Cai's are all similar to the perfect data except the squat perspective.The Suggestions we gave is to change his squat perspective angle to 130 degrees. In this way, he can jump higher and have the chance to improve his jump serving skill.
