六味地黃丸運用於更年期疾病治療之文獻探討

更年期為中醫臨床常見的疾病之一，在1999年至2004年期間年齡45-55歲的婦女就診中醫的原因中，以更年期疾病為診斷病名的排名為第十名;而1998-2004年台北某公立中醫醫院44-55歲就診婦女所開立之中藥複方中，六味地黃丸使用排名是第7名，可知六味地黃丸為中醫婦科臨床常用方劑之一，因此我們藉由此項研究了解六味地黃丸運用於更年期治療之文獻。本研究運用中醫藥典籍電腦分析研究程式系統，發現六味地黃丸論文研究在臨床治療以泌尿生建系統疾病的研究最多(293篇，占29%);而在泌尿生殖系統疾病的研究則是以更年期疾病(96篇;占32.8%)的研究數量最多;建議未來經由前瞻性的隨機對照研究，進一步評估六味地黃丸運用於更年期治療之療效。

The menopausal symptom is one of the most common diseases in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicines. During 1999-2004, it was found that menopausal symptom ranked the tenth position in the treatment with Chinese medicines among women aged 45-55; however, during the period of 1998-2004, it was known that, at a certain public Chinese medicine hospital in Taipei city, the traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions prepared for their women patients aged 44-55, thereby, the usage of compound of Liu wei di huang wan was sitting at seventh position in the table, so that it will know that Liu wei di huang an is one of commonly used prescriptions in TCM Gynecology, and thus, we will find out all relevant literature in terms of the use ofLiu wei di huang wan in treating the menopausal symptoms through this study. Whereby, this study used a method of analytical study of computerized literature and found that Liu wei di huang wan had the largest number of papers related to the clinical treatments for diseases of the genitourinary system (293,29%); and wherein, the menopausal symptoms accounted for 96;32.8% of diseases of the genitourinary system. Thus, this study suggests that further evaluations and researches of the effects of Liu wei di huang wan used in the treatment of the menopausal symptoms shall be conducted in the future through the prospective randomized controlled studies.
