針藥併治卵巢儲量不足之高齡不孕症病例報告

本病案為42歲女性，有卵巢儲量不足、一次死胎流產，辯證為風邪殘存。病患決定接受中藥、針灸併用治療，中藥處方以清燥救肺湯、辛夷清肺湯、真武湯，針灸穴位則包含氣海穴、關元穴、血海穴、三陰交穴、太衝穴、子宮穴、腎俞穴，於針藥並用下順利懷孕。在中醫學的五臟分類，生殖系統歸屬於腎，基於三因的外感及五行的生剋理論，用傳統補腎的不孕療法搭配金生水的補水之上源的治療策略，可能是治療高齡不孕可考慮的治療模式之一。

We report a case of infertility in a 42-year-old woman who presented insufficient ovary reserve and wind evil remnant. In addition, she had a missed abortion one year ago. She decided to receive traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Therefore, she was administrated the Chinese formula of Qing-Zao-Jiu-Fei Tang, Xin-Yi-Qing-Fei Tang and Chen-Wu Tang. The acupuncture points included ＂Qihai＂ (CV6), ＂Guanyuan＂ (CV4), ＂Xuehai＂ (SPIO), ＂Sanyinjiao＂ (SP6), ＂Taichong＂ (LR3), ＂Zigong＂ (Ex-CA-I) and ＂Shenshu＂ (BL23). After the treatment, the patient was pregnant. The theory of therapy was based on ＂kidney governs reproduction＂, ＂external contraction＂ and ＂engendering and restraining among the five phases＂. According to this case, we inferred that ＂supplement of kidney＂ and ＂metal and water engender each other＂ might be as a viable and acceptable therapy or infertile older women.
