博物館展示與活動的結合:以國立科學工藝博物館運動科學展為例

Integrating the Science Education Activities into the Exhibition: Take "Science of Sport" at the National Science and Technology Museum as an Example

摘要


將教育活動的理念與展示結合,並將辦理教育活動的人力,配置在展項操作上,是以往國立科學工藝博物館不曾有過的展示型態。因此本文乃就國立科學工藝博物館運動科學展之展示與活動的關係加以探討,並做了初步的觀眾調查,以了解觀眾對展示結合活動型態的看法。 觀眾調查結果發現有87.8%的參與觀眾,滿意這種體驗類型的展示型態。而其中較令人訝異的是,竟然有38%的觀眾參觀時間超過60分鐘,原因除了展示體驗項目的互動性及趣味性高外,由於調查項目未有延伸的敘述性題目,因此無法再進一步深入探討。

Integrating the science education activities into the exhibition and providing the narrators onsite is the special exhibition style at the National Science and Technology Museum. This paper tried to discover the relationship between the exhibition and science education activities in the ”Science of Sport” gallery. We have done basic visitors' investigations by questionnaire and hope to understand the visitors' viewpoints to such a new exhibition style. The result revealed that there were 87.8% visitors who were satisfied with this kind of hands-on exhibition combined with science education activities. And there were 38% visitors who stayed in the gallery for over 60 minutes which was unexpected for the study. What was the key point which made the exhibition so popular? The answers would be the highly interactive and interesting experiential items within the exhibition, but due to the questionnaire design limitation, we are unable to explore further in-depth findings.
