釓顯影劑運用在磁振造影可增強病灶影像對比,影響釓顯影劑對比特性因素很多:稀釋濃度、磁場強度、掃描波序…等,為瞭解顯影劑的最佳使用劑量與顯影對比特性,我們選擇五種臨床普遍使用之磁振造影顯影藥劑,使用生理食鹽水稀釋顯影劑成不同濃度水假體,控制在相同的環境狀態下,比較四種臨床使用於顯影劑顯影技術之磁振造影序列,測量顯影劑稀釋之水假體影像的訊號雜訊比,探討不同濃度、不同序列下顯影劑之對比特性,並比較1.5T和3T磁振造影對比特性之差異。結果顯示相同顯影劑濃度與序列時,3T磁振造影具有更高的對比雜訊比,低濃度釓顯影劑劑量可產生相當於1.5T磁振造影高濃度對比特性;相同釓顯影劑在穩定態梯度回波序列時有著最高的對比雜訊比值;在考慮藥物安全前提下,使用3T磁振造影施行檢查及選擇對比較佳的磁振造影檢查序列,可以減少釓顯影劑使用劑量。
Gadolinium-based contrast agents for MRI can enhance image contrast of lesions, the kinds of influencing developing characteristics has many factors: the diluted concentration of the developer, the intensity of magnetic field, MRI pulse sequence, etc. In order to understand the optimal dose of the contrast agents and its developing characteristics, we choose five commonly used clinical MRI developers, which are discriminated by different diluted concentrations of the physiological saline solution in water phantom. Under the same state of the environment controls, we will compare four clinically used MRI pulse sequence in imaging techniques, acquiring the experimental results of CNR at different diluted concentration of the developer in water phantom. Finally, we will investigate the different characteristics of contrast under the different sequences, developer, and distinguish the differences of CNR between 1.5T and 3T MRI. Results show that under the same concentration of the developer and MRI pulse sequence, 3T MRI has a higher contrast-noise ratio (CNR); therefore, low concentrations of Gadolinium-based contrast agents with 3T MRI has the Similar performance of contrast to the high concentrations of Gadolinium-based contrast agents with 1.5T MRI. Imaging with SPGR pulse sequence will have the highest CNR under the same concentrations of Gadolinium-based contrast agents in water phantom. Considering the premise of the drug safety, using 3T MRI examination and the adoption of MRI pulse sequence which has better characteristics of contrast will reduce the dosage of Gadolinium-based contrast agents.
