應用輻射劑量登錄系統管理病人醫療檢查之輻射劑量

摘要


本院於2012年架設輻射劑量登錄系統,除了追蹤患者所接受之電腦斷層輻射劑量外,也可用來分析本院建立之診斷參考水平(Diagnostic reference level,DRL)。經由分析結果得知,輻射劑量系統能有效降低病人接受過多的醫療曝露。且每年度的DRL維持於標準值內,此結果代表本院之電腦斷層儀器輸出之輻射劑量,為穩定且安全的。但因系統是採取人工登錄的方式,容易導致資料錯漏與資訊不足的狀況。為改善此情況,於2016年逐步架設自動化登錄模式。除了可完備輻射劑量登錄系統外,也可減少人工登錄帶來之缺失。望其未來,能夠架設個人化之輻射劑量防護,進而降低不必要之醫療輻射。

In 2012, the hospital set up radiation dose registration system. In addition to tracking the Computed Tomography radiation dose received by patients, it can also be used to analyze the Diagnostic Reference Level (DRL) established by the hospital. According to the analysis results, the radiation dose system can effectively reduce the patient's excessive medical exposure. The DRL for each year is maintained within the standard value. This result represents the radiation dose output from the Computed Tomography of our hospital, which is stable and safe. However, the system is manually registering, it is easy to cause error message and insufficient information. In order to improve this situation, the automated login mode was gradually established in 2016. In addition to the complete radiation dose registration system, the lack of manual login can also be reduced. In the future, personalized radiation dose protection can be set up to reduce unnecessary medical radiation.
