摘要

第四者專業物流(Fourth Party Logistics, 4PLs)在供應鏈裡扮演著一個整合者的角色，提供了資訊科技及供應鏈整合等能力，藉此創造供應鏈中各個環節不同的價值，並大幅提升企業在供應鏈管理的成效。因此對企業而言，如何挑選一個合適的第四者專業物流公司是一項重要的決策。由於第四者專業物流屬於一新興議題，國內目前也並無第四者專業物流公司成立，因此本研究從各種影響選擇第四者專業物流公司的因素中，分別透過產業界、政府官方，雙方的觀點，藉由專家專業的判斷與評選，有系統地分析出具關鍵性的變數與權重。最後整體性之結果顯示，產、官雙方一致認為最重要之第四者專業物流公司之評選模式共包含17項評選準則。綜合上述，希冀本研究所建立之評選準則可供國內產業界未來在選擇第四者專業物流公司參考。

Fourth party logistics company plays the role of integrator, which provides both information technology and supply chain integration capabilities. It not only creates different values of each segment in the supply chain, but also elevates the effects in supply chain management for business. Therefore, how to select an appropriate fourth party logistics company is an important decision for business. Nonetheless, the fourth party logistics is a significant and new issue. Therefore, there are not any fourth party logistics companies in Taiwan presently. As a result, the purpose of this research is to understand factors about selecting the fourth party logistics company, and to analyze various key variables and weight systematically by applying professional estimations from industrial circles and municipalities' perspectives. Hence suggestions are provided for businesses to select the fourth party logistics company effectively and efficiently. According to experts' estimations, the most important criteria of the evaluation model about selecting the fourth party logistics company contains seventeen items. In sum, we hope the criteria of the evaluation model to the fourth party logistics company will be able to offer references for industrial circles.
