本研究之研究目的為:1.探討國內軟體組織導入CMMI之現況。2.探討組織特性對CMMI導入成效之影響。3.探討CMMI導入過程對CMMI導入成效之影響。本研究藉由文獻探討法與問卷調查法,以國內已經通過CMMI評鑑之軟體組織為對象進行問卷調查。針對80個已經通過CMMI評鑑之國內軟體組織發出問卷,有效回收率為52.5%。研究結果說明如后。1.就客戶類別之CMMI導入成效分析,組織導入CMMI後,客戶滿意度明顯提高。2.就員工類別之CMMI導入成效分析,組織導入CMMI後,於個人對工作之熱情與成就感及對流程改進之態度的強化,均有明顯成效。但是在強化知識傳播及學習效果的成效,則不明顯。3.就績效類別之CMMI導入成效分析,於強化專案評估、開發及控制等能力的強化,均有明顯成效。4.就流程類別之CMMI導入成效分析,於團隊間開發流程的一致性及對流程之評定與估計能力的強化,均有明顯成效。5.以組織工作型態區分,系統整合廠商導入CMMI者最多,專業服務次之。6.組織總人數在201~500人區間者,導入CMMI之軟體組織個數最多。
The purpose of this research is: 1. Study the status of CMMI within the domestic software industry. 2. Discuss the impact by organizational characteristics. 3. Discuss introduction process of CMMI and its impact on organizational effectiveness. The results indicated that after introducing & adopting CMMI: 1. Customer satisfaction improved dramatically. 2. Employees' passion for work increased and they have a greater sense of achievement. However, the effect from this new knowledge learning is not apparent 3. Project evaluation, development and management have significant improvement. 4. Procedure flow in terms of coordination among the teams improved successfully. 5. Based on different organizational characteristics, the system integration firms have adopted CMMI the most, technology services firms are the second. 6. Based on numbers of employees, organizations that have 201-500 employees adopted CMMI the most.
