民眾對於開放資料瞭解及隱私權觀感之研究及分析

摘要

隨著大數據在各個領域的發展，開放資料也顯得重要。雖然我國也有開放資料平台，但是有關於已經開放的資料對於往後的發展是否有益，以及是否即刻就能使用的相關問題，都是值得在未來探討的部分。而目前的開放資料仍存在許多疑慮，最主要為法令和隱私問題。目前已經有許多研究是專門針對在開放資料的應用和法令上，對於隱私方面的探討較少。因此，本研究將對於開放資料的隱私上進行研究探討。在我們的研究中，我們使用問卷方式來調查一般大眾對於開放資料涉及個人隱私的看法，並同時調查對於開放資料的認知與否，也同時調查民眾對於開放資料在未來的應用或是在改善生活的瞭解程度等等，透過我們發放設計的題目問卷並收集回來的資料統計結果得出，目前對於開放資料的瞭解或是相關應用以及發展都是趨近於瞭解，這種結果都是對於我們後續開放資料會很有幫助，而我國目前開放資料正在強力推行，所以本研究的結果僅能瞭解目前的情況，而可能會隨著時間推移進行相同的研究，結果可能也會有所不同。

With the development of big data in various fields, open information is also important. Although Taiwan has an open data platform, but there is already an open information on whether it is beneficial for future development, as well as issues related to whether or not able to use immediately, are worth exploring in the next section. And now there are still many doubts about open data, the most important of the Act and privacy issues. There are already many studies are designed for applications in the open data and decrees to explore less privacy. Therefore, this study will respect the privacy of data on open research were discussed. In our study, we used a questionnaire to survey the general public to an open view of the information related to personal privacy, and at the same time investigating the cognitive data for open or not, and also the population survey data for the open application in the future or in the improvement of living The level of understanding and so on, through the questionnaire we distributed design topics and gather statistics back was concluded that the current understanding of the open data and the development of related applications or are close to understanding that this result is for us to follow Open information will be helpful, and our strong implementation of the information currently open, so the results of this study can only understand the current situation, which might be the same over time, the results may also vary.
