觀光地戶外健身遊具類型功能與特色初探－以大學生為例

Exploration of Outdoor Wellness Play Components' Functions and Characteristics in Tourist Areas- A Sample of University Students

摘要

獲得健康身心是許多人觀光旅遊的重要動機之一，伴隨著近幾年來運動健身風氣的流行，本研究嘗試探討觀光地戶外健身遊具該具有之類型功能與特色內容構面，此外，也探討戶外健身相關問題包括希望設置戶外健身遊具之觀光地點、平日是否有在運動、在觀光地的理想運動時間長短等。透過針對大學生樣本所作的調查結果顯示，戶外健身遊具該具有之類型功能內容構面包含「身心健康與抗老」、「省錢好心情」、「兒童學習」、「自我成就與探索」、「舒適使用與引導」以及「人際社交」等6個因子構面。而戶外健身遊具該具有之特色內容構面則包括「地方性與主題美感」與「使用顯示與保護」2個因子構面。另外，t－檢定結果顯示，平時是否有運動在理想運動時間上有顯著性差異，女大生與男大生在觀光地的理想運動時間上也有顯著差異。本研究根據分析結果提供了建議供觀光地經營管理者參考。

To gain some health benefits is one important travel motivation for many. Considering the popularity of exercise movement in recent years, this study attempts to explore the functions and characteristics of outdoor wellness play components suitable for installation in tourist areas. In addition, the study investigates outdoor workout related questions like those tourist areas suitable for installing outdoor wellness play components, whether or not subjects sampled workout in daily life, and ideal length of time for workout in tourist areas. Results from a convenient sample of university students revealed that the functions and characteristics of outdoor wellness play components in tourist areas can be grouped into six factors including wellness and anti-aging, saving money and feel good, children's leaning, self-achievement and exploration, use comfortability and guidance, and interrelationship and social. The characteristics of outdoor wellness equipment in tourist areas can be grouped into two factors including locality and themed esthetics, and display when utilizing and protection. Additionally, the results of t-test showed that there is a significant difference in ideal length of time of workout in tourist areas between subjects who workout in daily life or not. Furthermore, female university students sampled are differ from male university students in ideal length of time of workout in tourist areas. Managerial suggestions are provided based upon the study results.
