The missed ingestion of a foreign body and inducing anorectal trauma may be various and is rare, even more with nutlet. We reported a case of a 24-year-old female who suffered from progressive anal pain for one more week calling at our out patient department for help. The digital examination revealed an anal ulcer over the anterior wall of anus. During the operation, a piece of nutlet incarcasted in the wound was noted. After removal of nutlet and wide excision of necrotic tissue were done, the patient recovered well without further complication.
