主權國家的挑戰與未來：類型化比較分析的視角

摘要

自1648年威斯特伐利亞條約簽訂後，以主權國家為主的國際體系誕生。然而現今主權國家面臨全球化、區域化及國際組織等衝擊，主權實已受到前所未有的挑戰。為解釋現今主權發展的多元並存現象，本文藉由後現代主義學者古柏提出的分化的世界三部份：前現代、現代及後現代作為分析主權國家未來走向之基礎，由於當今世界各類型的國家對於利益及權力的追逐手段殊異，造就對主權發展的不同態度與影響。

After the signing of the Treaty of Westphalia in 1648, the international system which is the main form of the sovereign state was born. Nevertheless, the current sovereign states have been facing unprecedented impact and challenge of globalization, regionalization and a large number of international organizations. To explain the multiple development of sovereignty, this article through post-modernism scholar Robert Cooper propounded the three parts of the world: the pre-modern, modern and postmodern as a basis analyses the future trend of sovereign States. Owing to various countries own different methods to pursuit of interests and power, it creates different attitudes and impact on the development of sovereignty in the world today.
