摘要

團體護理指導已廣泛的運用於提昇臨床醫療照護品質，許多研究也證實團體護理指導對於病忠或家屬之認知、態度、行為上有正向影響；也是最具經濟效益的一種指導方式。護理人員可藉由護理指導展現護理的專業性與獨特性。但團體護理指導要有成效必須透過一些學習的過程以及經驗的累積。希望透過一個有計劃有系統的團體護理指導教案之書寫能讓教學過程更順暢，且更能貼近以「個案為中心」、「個案需求為導向」之護理指導理念。

Group Nursing instruction is widely used to improve the quality of clinical nursing care, and many research have prove that Group Nursing instruction had positive effect over patients and their families' knowledge, attitude and behavior, and it is also the most economical way of instructtion. Nursing staff can show the experty and uniquness by nursing instruction. However, in order to be effective, nursing staffs have to undertake a certain process of learning, and the accumulation of experience. Therefore it is my goal to perform a systematic group nursing instruction program, in order to make the process of group nursing instruction more fluently, and correspond more to the ideal of ”client centered”, ”client's need oriented”.
