台灣日系企業工作者在溝通問題方面的看法

The Communication Problems Observed by the Workers at the Japanese Company in TAIWAN

摘要


本文之出發點係為達成培養學習日語學生於接觸不同文化時之溝通能力,而以調査分析在台灣之日系企業工作之日本人與台灣人於接觸時所生溝通上的問題為目的。藉由以中華民國籍97名、日本國籍72名為對象之問卷調査,徴詢彼等在日台間溝通上感到有所差異處之結果;除可窺見在例如道歉、拒絶、説明等之言語溝通上,存在著肇因於語言習慣之不同及社會語言能力之不足的問題外,亦浮現出因勞動觀、被要求之行為模式有所差異而引發許多對問題之認知的落差。最後為使有關溝通問題之言語行為的説明能更趨完美,有必要對當事人關係、發生狀況及其結果等,進行更詳細之訪談調査。

In order to provide authentic resource aimed to fostering intercultural communication literacy for the university students, I analyze and describe the communication problems between the Japanese and the Taiwanese who are working at the Japanese company in Taiwan, which was obtained by the questionnaire on 97 Taiwanese and 72 Japanese. The result shows that there are many communication problems on some speech act such as the apology, the refusal, and the report. These problems may be due to the difference on pragmatic language usage and the shortage of socio-linguistic abilities. The recognition gap of the communication problems which was caused by the difference of the point of view toward the working and the behavior style was also observed The follow up interview to ask the relationship of the person concerned, the conditions, and the result of the problems is necessary to describe the communication problems more perfectly.
