摘要

一、進入21世紀後，由於全球的政治、經濟和軍事的發展，出現了各種地緣政治理論，並成為各國制定國防和外交等政策的一項重要依據。二、中國傳統地緣思想萌芽於春秋時代，孫子兵法亦是完成於當時，孫子兵法是世界上最古老，且蘊藏著地緣政治學思想的巨作。三、臺灣特殊的地理位置賦予其重要的戰略價值，從全球地理的角度言，臺灣地處歐亞大陸與太平洋交會處，從地緣政治視之，可謂陸權與海權權力的對抗支點。四、中共對臺灣的主張，究竟是存在什麼樣的價值意涵，是中共單純的主權主張，亦或中共勢力擴張的跳板，殊值吾等共同研究及探討。

1. Since the beginning of the 21st century, because of global political, economic and military development, various kinds of geopolitical theories have appeared. They have become important bases when countries are making national defense and diplomatic policies.2. China's traditional geographical idealogy sprouted in Spring and Autumn period (770-476 BC). ”The Art of War” by Sun Tzu was finished during that time too. ”The Art of War” by Sun Tzu is a masterpiece which contains the oldest ideas of geopolitics in the world.3. The special geographical position of Taiwan gives its important strategic value. In regard to global geography, Taiwan is located at the intersection of the Eurasian continent and the Pacific Ocean, which in terms of geopolitics, may often be regarded as the pivot point of landpower and seapower.4. What kind of implications are behind of opinions of the Communist Party of China towards Taiwan? Is it simply the Communist Party of China's sovereignty claim or perhaps the springboard for its force expansion? This article proposes analyses and exploration to the above questions.
