國軍飛安事件危機傳播策略與媒體效能之研究

摘要

本文以2007年4月3日陸航空騎601旅飛安事件為研究對象，採用內容分析法針對媒體（國內8家報紙）對該事件相關報導進行分析，藉以檢視國軍的危機傳播策略，以及其展現在媒體上的成效，並援引危機管理、危機傳播及媒體效能等理論為依據，進行探討及建議綜整，期以實務工作與理論相結合，做為國軍公共事務部門危機發生時新聞處理之參考。

This article primarily uses, the Armys' airborne cavalry 601st brigade flight safety accident which occurred on April 3, 2007 as makes the object of the case study, use content analysis method analysis media (domestic eight newspapers) to this event related report content, so as to inspect Republic of China military crisis communication strategy, as well as its present on media effectiveness, and quotes the crisis management, the crisis communication, media effectiveness theories and so on does the basis, carries on the discussion and the suggestion synthesis reorganization, expected the practice work can unify with these theories, when the crisis occurs, Republic of China military public affairs department takes the news reference processing.
