摘要

新型冠狀病毒的高傳染力改變了全球的醫療生態，也改變了我們的生活，目前雖已有疫苗可以施打，但新型冠狀病毒本身具有高度變異性，使目前現行可用的治療與疫苗在將來是否仍具相同的效果打上一個問號，為了使病毒株的命名與易於監測全球病毒株的演化變異，學術界發展了PANGO network的命名系統，同時對於可能造成疾病表現不同的變異株發出警示，世界衛生組織（World Health Organization, WHO）為了方便討論則將重要的病毒變異株重新用希臘字母來命名，目前現有的重要變異株有Alpha, Beta, Gamma與Delta，這些病毒株在傳染力與疫苗的保護力皆與最早的病毒株不同，本文將就已發表的文獻資料做簡單的介紹。

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all aspects of our lives. As SARS-CoV-2 viruses spread worldwide, they constantly change through mutations in their genetic codes. SARS-CoV-2 variants were classified as variant of interest (VOI) and variant of concern (VOC) by the US CDC. In this article, the current important variants and their impact on COVID-19 vaccine efficacy are reviewed.
