跨國企業的發展須靠不斷地創新,持續地作市場研究,「應用研究」、「開發研究」、「生產研究」利用量化的研究方法探究消費原理,無非是希望在潛在市場中,瞭解消費者的需求,進而發展符合需求的新產品。本研究主要以「塑造創新陸的企業文化」、「推動創新性的組識再造」及「鼓勵創新性的組織學習」三個層面,作為國際企業研發人力資源策略的重點,並以「創新管理」作為條件變因(Conditional Variables)導入上述分析模式中,藉以驗證其對原有模式的影響力是否具有增強效果。藉由本研究計畫預期之成果則為研發「人力資源策略」、「企業文化」與「創新管理」三方面,對於組織創新與管理均顯現卓越之成效。
The development of a multinational enterprise relies on constant innovation. Market research should be carried out in scope of application, exploitation and production by using the quantitative method in order to understand the principle of consumption. It is hoped that consumers' needs can be satisfied in a potential market with new products. Based on the concepts of creating an innovative enterprise culture, redeveloping innovative management, and encouraging innovative learning, (i.e. the focus on R&D human resource strategy in international enterprises), the study aims to examine the impact on organizational capability. The conditional variables of the innovative management were analyzed so as to determine the impact on the original model. It is anticipated that the effects on organizational capability and management can be achieved after a profound understanding of human resource strategy, enterprise culture and innovative management.
