含傅明酸美白霜的研製及有效性評估

摘要

本研究為研製備新的美白及淡斑化妝品，並評估它的臨床觀察。在美白霜的配方中添加3%傅明酸，5%雙甘氨酸壬二酸鉀和3%抗敏感劑等功能性原料。透過塗抹及未塗抹美白霜的手背來對比評估霜體對皮膚的美白效果。結果發現有塗抹美白霜的測試者，其手背皮膚有達到有變白的效果，與未塗抹的區域，兩者間有顯著性差異。

To develop a new cosmetic formulation with whitening and depigmetation function and evaluate it by clinic observation. The procedure of cream-making was modified and some functional additives of 3% Tranexamic acid, 5% Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate and 3% anti-sensitive agent were added. The clinic observation of new preparation was done by controlling with blank. The results of skin lightening effective rate is up in treatment volunteers, there were significant differences between the treatment and blank.
