SPA美容從業人員職場壓力與健康促進之研究

Study on Workplace Stress and Health Promotion of SPA Cosmetology Employees

摘要


本研究旨在透過相關研究法進行問卷調查分析,瞭解SPA美容從業人員職場壓力現況;同時探討SPA美容從業人員的工作壓力來源、壓力反應與健康促進態度關係,以及其與背景變項間關聯研究。研究分析結果發現,受訪者的年齡、婚姻狀況、工作時數、職務督導、工作年資、每月收入與服務客人量對其工作壓力來源、壓力反應與健康促進認知上均有部分顯著差異。 本研究透過數據與假說的整理,本研究進一步分析發現Spa美容產業從業人員對於本研究各項構念之得分上,大多具有顯著的工作壓力,也認為健康促進相當重要,可見Spa美容產業從業人員對各構念有顯著的實際感受。因此相關業者未來必須持續針對不同個人背景變項,瞭解其工作壓力來源,以及其面對壓力時的反應狀況,進而讓從業人員培養對健康促進實施態度,才能獲得從業人員較佳的認同。 另本研究針對各構面進行線性結構分析,結果顯示SPA美容從業人員之工作壓力來源將會正向影響工作壓力反應;而其工作壓力來源也會正向影響健康促進態度;最後其工作壓力反應亦會正向影響健康促進態度。因此,為加強SPA美容從業人員之健康促進態度,可由降低其職場壓力來源與壓力反應兩大因素加以著手,以期確保我國SPA產業從業人員能時時處於健康狀況。 由於本研究係初步探討美容Spa從業人員壓力來源、壓力反應及健康促進的關聯分析,未來建議進一步研究工作壓力、壓力反應及健康促進活動細部執行方案,進而提供Spa美容企業機構管理部門做為健康促進推動依據與改進方向,以創造更健康的工作場所。

Through related research methods, the purpose of this study is to conduct questionnaire survey analysis, in order to understand the current situation of workplace stress for SPA cosmetology employees. At the same time, the sources of work stress, relationship between stress reactions and health promotion attitude, and associations between back-ground factors are discussed. The research analysis results show, that interviewee age, marital situation, working hour, work task supervision, seniority, monthly income, and quantity of customers all induce some significant differences in their relation with work pressure sources, pressure reaction, and the understanding of health promotion. Sorting through data and hypotheses, this study further analyzed and discovered that SPA cosmetology employees have apparent work pressure in each conceptual score of the study survey; they also consider health promotion to be fairly important. It is evident that SPA cosmetology employees have apparently real feelings about each of the conceptions. Therefore, in the future, relevant companies should continue to understand the sources of work pressures and the employees' reactions when facing pressures in light of distinct individual background factors, in order to cultivate personnel's attitudes of health promotion practice and to be better identified with by the employees. Besides, this study conducted linear structural analysis for each conceptual aspect. The results show that SPA cosmetology employees' work pressure sources will positively affect their reactions to work pressure, and also the attitude toward health promotion. Finally work pressure reaction will also positively affect the general attitude towards health promotion. Therefore, in order to enhance SPA cosmetology employees' attitude toward health promotion, one can start from lowering the workplace pressures and the associated reactions, in order to ensure the SPA cosmetology employees remain healthy at all time. This study is an initial discussion of the pressure source, pressure reaction, health promotion, and their correlation analysis of SPA cosmetology employees. In the future, it is recommended to further study work pressure, pressure reaction, and health promotion activities, and their detail implementation programs, so as to provide SPA cosmetology companies and their management departments with basis for health promotion and direction for improvement, in order to create healthier workplaces.
