論抗老化及美學之研究動向（二）

研究論文主要目的，在告知iPS（induced pluripotent Stem）cell，自二○○六年八月京都大學山中伸彌教授由老鼠製作成功以來，引導全球利用iPS細胞在難治疾病及皮膚再生美容醫療方面有飛躍性進展，抗衰老美容之新醫學時代已指日可待。東方黃種人之皮膚老化比白種人及黑種人晚10～20年左右，皮膚老化分成四等級，第一級老化（皺紋、色素斑），第二級老化（動態皺紋、老人斑），第三級老化（靜態皺紋、法令紋），第四級老化（滿臉皺紋、骨質疏鬆白髮）。人類為地球上最追求抗老化長壽的動物。人生要追求內在美化與外在美化，乃希望長生不老及青春永駐。iPS細胞之發明乃是目前人類皮膚及五臟六腑等再生醫療之美化，唯一可期待的美容醫療革命。
