摘要

音樂對於人的身心具有確實的治療作用，根據研究顯示，某些音樂特有的旋律與節奏能使人的血壓降低，基礎代謝和呼吸的速度減慢，使人在受到壓力時所產生的生理反應較為溫和。西方國家將音樂配合醫療體系，廣泛應用於各種心理及生理治療之中，已經有很多的文獻資料了。音樂療法是一種以音樂為主、醫學治療為輔的自然醫學治療方法，主要通過音樂這種藝術形式產生治療效果，以音樂的旋律、和聲、節奏、曲調、拍子以及音的強弱及其組合、音樂和歌詞的組合來治療疾病它主要是通過音樂減輕或消除使患者痛苦的各種行為和情緒，以及由此引起的軀體症狀，從而達到恢復、保持和促進患者身體和精神健康的目的。目前國內有關音樂治療的期刊論文仍然有限，因此想透過文獻整理的方式，將台灣近十年以來音樂治療方面的論文加以分析整理，藉此能更完善的了解音樂治療的起源、發展、應用及規劃未來的研究計畫。

Music for therapeutic effects of body and mind has indeed, according to the study, some unique melody and rhythm of music can make a person's blood pressure lower basal metabolic and breathing slows down, people in the more moderate physiological response under pressure. Western music accompany health system, widely used in various psychological and physical treatment, there are a lot of literature data. Music therapy is a to music mainly, and medical treatment supplement of natural medical treatment method, main through music this art forms produced treatment effect, to music of melody, and harmonies, and rhythm, and tunes, and beats and sound of strength and combination, and music and lyrics of combination to treatment disease it main is through music reduce or elimination makes patients suffering of various acts and emotional, and this caused of body symptoms, to reached recovery, and maintained and promoting patients body and spirit health of purpose. Papers of music therapy is still few in Taiwan, so think through search literature, music therapy has been nearly a decade in Taiwan papers to collate, to take better understanding the origins of the music therapy development, application and planning future research projects.
