摘要

塑化劑事件是台灣在2011年5月底爆發的一系列食品安全事件，起因為市面上部分食品遭檢出含有塑化劑，進而被發現部分上游原料供應商在常見的合法食品添加物「起雲劑」中，使用廉價的工業用塑化劑撙節成本。除了最初被披露的飲料商品之外，影響範圍亦擴及糕點、麵包和藥品等。過去數十年來國人不知透過各式各樣的飲品與食品吃下了多少塑化劑。國外研究也發現，過去歐美有7成化妝品也有「鄰苯二甲酸酯類」，而香水、髮膠、沐浴乳裡頭的「定香劑」，也有類似成分。而這些塑化劑有很多也是危害人類的環境荷爾蒙。所以筆者希望能藉由文獻探討讓社會大眾能夠清楚了解塑化劑、起雲劑、定香劑、環境荷爾蒙等化學物名詞，以及國內環保署有毒化學物質的分類與管理方法，並且找尋正確有效的方法來避免這些化學有毒物質對人體的傷害。

Plasticizer pollution incidents is Taiwan at the end of May 2011 which a series of food safety incidents, because some of the food was checked out on the market contain plasticizer. It is found in some raw materials suppliers using cheap industrial Plasticizers in common legal food additive ”cloudy agents”. In addition to the beverage products, also extend to pastries, bread and medicines.Over the last few decades that peoples ate many plasticizer through various foods and drinks. Research also found that 70% cosmetics in Europe and America contain phthalates. Perfumes, hair gel, the fixative of shower gel have a similar composition which plasticizer also is environmental hormones.I hope through literature review that the community can clearly understand the plasticizer, cloudy agents, fixative, environmental hormones and the methods of toxic chemicals classification and management of The Environmental Protection Adminstration. Find the correct and effective way to avoid these toxic substances harm to the human body.
