婚禮顧問產業推行「專業證照」之人才培育與「職涯選擇」關係影響之研究

Study on Effect of Wedding Consultants Industry to Implement Talent-training for "Professional License" and "Career Choice"

摘要


時代變遷,婚禮模式大幅變化,其業界推行之「專業證照」之人才培育,本研究蒐集相關文獻後,以實地訪談配合專家精心設計之量表,透過問卷調查方式,以婚禮顧問產業相關人才培育機構之學員為樣本對象,對學員進行發放問卷。正式問卷222份,回收202份,回收率90%,其中無效問卷2份,有效問卷200份,資料登錄後進行信度分析、因素分析、描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析與迴歸等資料分析。分析結果發現,婚禮顧問之人才培育所推行「專業證照」與「培訓課程」對學員之「職涯選擇」有顯著正相關,可推論推行婚禮顧問相關之專業證照具有正向意義。人口統計差異化分析發現,不具相關工作經驗者則對此人才培育規劃有較高的收獲,曾具相關學習經驗則對專業證照有正向需求;31~40歲正值青壯年更認同此人才培育規劃之內容;而21~30歲的年輕人在面對考取專業證照之負向壓力與認知的抗壓性卻相對較差。最後在研究中透過迴歸分析發現,婚禮顧問之「專業證照」人才培育透過「培訓課程與研習」對「職涯選擇」皆有正向顯著相關,且有部份中介效果,故本研究經由統計分析結果以驗證研究假設,也依據研究結果提出建議供人才培育機構、業界與學員參考,並期望取得三方皆贏的人才培育模式。

With the changing time and cultural exchanges between East and West, the wedding festivities began to change. Therefore the wedding consultant industry and needs of talent are growing recently. The training of "professional license" for the industry is growing continuously. In this study, questionnaires were adopted as the survey method and choose the student from training institutions as. A total of 222 questionnaires were provided, 202 questionnaires answered, and 200 questionnaires filtered and valid finally with return rate of 90%. The collected data were tested using factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The finding of the study that Wedding Consultants industry to implement talent training of "professional license" and "training course" has indicated significant correlation with Career choice. "lacks related work experiences" tend to get more gains in the training course; professional license will be in demand for " related training experiences" and "age 31-40";"age 21-30" perform lower under pressure on "negative pressure and cognition" Through the regression analysis found that Wedding Consultants industry to implement talent cultivation of "professional license" has indicated significant correlation and partial mediation with Career choice through the "training course". According to the above-mentioned findings, this study further proposes some suggestions to training institutions, industry and students.
