Learning environment has a direct influence on students' learning achievement. A school's learning environment should be arranged attractively and efficiently. Teachers with vital force in teaching have more influence on students than those who with less effects. An effective teacher deals with students' thinking and considers how best to connect their current thinking to a specific concept. In such a multifunctional world, teachers need to be knowledgeable of different methodologies that help students, who have a variety of talents, with the challenges of individualizing instruction. Different students should be taught with different teaching approaches so as to whet their motivation and interest in learning. Good teaching begins with a thorough appreciation for and an understanding of foundations of teaching-learning organization and structure.
