本文旨在探討現今台語面臨式微之際,於廣泛的台語文叢書籍中,以《伊索寓言》台語版的故事類型作為解析對象,研究其編輯之動機、內容與特色,以提供台語課程在教學及教材彙編時的參考。另,佐以道德倫理的判斷輔助,討論教化作用的成效。研究結果,筆者發現四個版本的台語版《伊索寓言》各具特色,並沒有因出版時間的晚近,而抹煞了前者的努力或掩蓋後者的優勢。在《台語寓言選粹》中,雖旨在將普實台文的拼音法傳至後世,但是從文本中,卻也能學到許多台語的文法、語句,可說是一本設定給大人、小孩都能閱讀的「兒童文學」,且文中提及政治,卻也不深入討論,僅是畫龍點睛,使文本更具台灣本土特色。此外,台灣羅馬字協會所出版的《伊索寓言台語版》以淺顯易懂、節奏輕快的書寫方式呈現,如同在閱讀一篇篇的詩歌。而楊國顯編著的《台語版伊索寓言》,多以人物為寓言故事的主角,並不局限於一般以動物為題材的屬性來收錄。由此可見,每種版本都具有其可讀性和應用價值,筆者樂見此中特色,以及它們在母語教學上所能發揮的功能。
As the Taiwanese now is facing with the problem of fading away, this paper, regarding the Taiwanese Aesop's Fables chosen from numerous Taiwanese books as study object, is to discuss the edit motivation, content and features of the book, in order to provide reference for the teaching and book editing of Taiwanese courses. Additionally, combining with help of ethics rightness, it discusses the effect of educational function. For the study results, the author finds the four versions of Taiwanese Aesop's Fables have their own specialties. And they did not ignore the former's efforts or cover the latter's advantages because of the different publication time. In the Selected Taiwanese Fables, though it mainly aims at passing on the PSDB phonics, readers also can learn the sentences and grammars. It is really a customized children's book which is suitable for both adults and kids. What's more, this book mentions politics without deep analysis, which just brings out the crucial point. This attaches local features to this book. In addition, Aesop's Fables-Taiwanese version, published by Taiwanese Romanization Association, is clear and easy to understand, with lively rhythm, like poems. While Taiwanese Version of Aesop's Fables, edited by Yang Guoxian, digests mainly fables whose protagonists are human characters, not restricted to animals. Therefore, each version has its value and readability. The author is pleased to see their features and effects on mother language teaching.
